Once manual and time-consuming tasks of co-op claim, proof-of-performance, and approval processes, were made easy with a modern and advanced UI/platform, workflow automation, and integrations.

For one such automotive-adjacent client, we moved a key rebate and reward program construct into a modern web-based portal experience. This web-based portal experience serves as a bridge between associate dealers and client distributors to help foster wholesale loyalty and greater visibility for the distributor ecosystem. The tiered incentives-based program includes quarterly and annual rebates ranging from point-of-sale kits, to co-op marketing funds, travel vouchers, outdoor signage and more. The more units purchased, the greater the reward for the associate distributor, distributor, and bottom line of the client.

If program infractions are noted, Ansira and the client worked together to implement a process to allow the dealer to make updates within a set time frame to remain in compliance and avoid a strike against their dealership. Open communication, quick turnaround timeframes, and an engaged support team ensures dealers get what they need, with a human touch.
